Where and When

Nestled in a national historic landmark building, the Wingtip Club is a 21st century interpretation of the classic social club.  A hidden gem in San Francisco's Financial District with a unique, upscale and sophisticated setting featuring views of Coit Tower, the Transamerica Building, and more. You won't want to miss this!

Wednesday, September 29, 2021
Time: 11am-5pm PST
The Wingtip Club, San Francisco

Followed by cocktails and dinner. Please note in the registration if you would like a complimentary hotel room for the night.

Space is limited so please register as soon as possible. Since most of the event will be held indoors, we are requiring all attendees to be vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination prior to arrival. As a community of event planners, we are aware that the news and requirements of COVID and physical gatherings change often, sometimes even day-to-day. Given the ever-changing CDC and OSHA guidelines, we will continue to monitor the situation. On September 7, we will make a go/no go decision to move forward with our in-person event, or postpone.
